Abstract

The Holy Qur'an is the last book of Allah Almighty which was revealed to the beloved Prophet ﷺ through Hazrat Jibraeel (A.S.), which is the summary and abrogator of all the books. Hazrat Jibreel (a.s.) is considered among the highest angels in the books of Samawiyyah. According to the teachings of the Holy Qur'an, no angel has the same importance as Gabriel. He is the clearest proof of the connection between the prophets. He has a fundamental relationship with Islam and the life of the Prophet. Muslims consider Gabriel Amin to be a spirit, but they do not consider him to be a woman. He was the chief angel who revealed the Qur'an to the heart of the Prophet ﷺ. Therefore, according to Islamic teachings, being separate from him is equal to being separate from Allah and respecting him is obligatory.In this article information related to Hazrat Jibraeel (AS) in the context of the books of Samawiyyah will be discussed.
