The progressive age started after the British annexed Sindh. in this age, modern poetic trends emerged and greatly affected Sindhi literature. The poetry becomes a manifesto of social and economic thoughts.

The features of realism, dissemination, and diffusion in different genres paved the way for the progressive poetic trend. The aesthetic heights generated in every genre of poetry like Kaffi, Ghazal, naat, heroic ballad, and romantic essays. This research paper will highlight some Sindi poet's poetic trends of this age.
